Being a blogging coach has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my existence. The joy when I see my client’s blog on the first page of Google Search Result Pages, the butterflies in my stomach as I see them selling their products and services consistently, these and many more have been my most significant moments as a coach.
The prompt to be a blogging coach wasn’t planned; the desire arose from seeing the need for a professional blogging coach in the blogging industry. I coached eighteen (18) current and prospective bloggers in September 2020 whose blogs are doing excellently well now with the demand and capability to proffer solutions.
After my first blog coaching, the demand to continue grew, and I couldn’t say no to an outcry, not because I couldn’t turn a blind eye, but I knew the pains of starting a blog without proper guidance.
From September 2020 to this moment, I’ve coached over 100 bloggers and business owners who blog with beautiful results to show for it.
I know you are wondering: what about your health blog? What about the lifestyle tips you share? What? What? What?
LEAVING THE OLD, PURSUING THE NEW
In 2019 when I began blogging, I blogged about many things, including food, health, lifestyle, travel, etc. Sincerely, some of the blogging connections and loyal SARMLife families I still have today came from those days of food and lifestyle blogging.
However, as my blog and understanding grew, I streamlined my blogging niche to Health|Lifestyle blogging. And like I always teach my bloggers, streamlining your niche several times is bound to happen till you find the perfect one. The best thing is to have a niche where you are an expert in that field.
As a Health|Lifestyle blogger, something felt missing. I had a biochemistry degree and had plans to further my education as a Doctor of Pharmacy, but I knew my knowledge was limited compared to experts in the health field.
On several occasions, my blog did better than expert health blogs like Healthline, but simultaneously, Healthline writers were doctors, nurses, etc., who have experience in the health industry.
There was a time I posted some health posts on my Instagram page and was challenged by student dentists and medical doctors. Those were not good times as I never wanted to share half-baked information.
As a retrospective person, I questioned my intentions and aim. My goal has always been to share information to help and not harm the other person. It was time for me to step down entirely as a Health|Lifestyle blogger with that understanding.
So, I stopped blogging about health in the second quarter of 2021 to focus solely on being a blogging coach. By then, my expertise in blogging had grown dramatically.
My students saw the fire in my eyes as I coached them; the knowledge shared translated into excellent results. I couldn’t hide the passion inside. I knew it was about time!

SUCCESSES AS A BLOGGING COACH
Oh, I could go on and on about this, but I wouldn’t want to bore you. In fact, I believe you will be thrilled alongside me.
Below are three of my successes as a blogging coach.
- AMAZING CLIENT RESULTS featuring Chika Jonah of “Chika Jonahs Blog.”: Chika said to me, “Ruth, I want private SEO coaching.” I saw the burning desire to learn from the best because she wants to be the best. After our coaching time together, she sent me this rather long but worthwhile review in July 2021, haha!
“I had a 1:1 SEO coach with Ruth Adeyemi of SARMLife, and since then, my blogging journey has been transformational. Firstly, I got my first SEO client with a company, and I am being paid five figures monthly. Presently, I represent two companies in running their SEO, which is more money in my bag.
The most delicious fact is that my site traffic has increased since then. Before the 1:1 SEO coach, my traffic ranged between 300 to 400 users. But now, I have been able to enjoy over 2000 site visitors, thanks to SEO.
I cannot wait till the day I finally get to over 10000 visitors, as I believe it can happen in the nearest future, thanks to Ruth’s coaching. I’m so grateful for this growth, more work to put in.”
By December 2021, her blog was on the first page of Google Search Engine Result pages from tenacity, grit, and desire for success!!! Not just that, she is a blogging coach in the making, and I am incredibly proud of her growth.
- INCREASED INFLUENCE/IMPACT: As a coach, I’ve never been about money, even though it’s essential. I believe that money follows the value, but most importantly, I desire to influence and make a lasting impact. And so far, I’ve been invited to speak at several digital events, podcast shows, and Instagram lives. This, to me, is a success! Listen to my recent podcast guest speaking here
- REVENUE GOAL SURPASSED: My prayer over SARMLife is to be a millionaire business then a multi-million dollar business, and God is answering in that order. Last year which was our second year in business, we made over NGN1,000,000. My team and I worked hard at SARMLife in 2021, and that result was a testament. Read my 2021 Income Report here.
Once again, being a blogging coach has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my existence. When I started blogging in my room as a final-year biochemistry student, I didn’t envision this much greatness, but one thing remains, I poured my heart into this journey.
Whatever you do, wherever you find yourself, let God guide you, and you will never go wrong.
Thank you for being a patient reader; GREATNESS AWAITS!
